Learn the language of the job
Short voice-first lessons built only from the words a home caregiver actually uses: transfers, meds, mobility, dignity, dietary needs, family updates.
A “language of the job” course built around AI client simulation, so Haitian Creole and Spanish-speaking caregivers can practise real conversations before they walk into a real home. Practice is typed today — speaking out loud is coming next.

I already took the blue one, I think. Or was that yesterday?

Let me check the chart with you. Did you take it before or after breakfast?
Great — you confirmed instead of assuming.

Start here — Haitian CNA track
CareLingo helps CNAs and caregivers learn and practice the language they need for real-world care.
Haitian Creole for CNAs is our first language track. Spanish, French and Portuguese are planned — the platform is built for all of them, not just one.
Your path
Educational use only. CareLingo is a language and communication training platform. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, replace clinical judgement or a licensed medical interpreter, replace your facility's policy, or give emergency medical advice. In an emergency, follow your facility's protocol and call for a nurse.
Privacy. Never enter patient-identifying information — no names, room numbers, dates of birth, addresses or anything from a real chart. Every resident in our examples is fictional. CareLingo does not collect PHI.
A monthly coach that lets you rehearse a shift conversation with a simulated resident and tells you what to say better next time.
We are saying this plainly: the AI Coach subscription is not live. Voice practice, live translation and agency analytics are not available yet either. Nothing is charged for joining the list — you can start today with the free guide, the printable products and the Speak Care course, which are all available now.
How it works
CareLingo moves a caregiver from “I understood the words” to “I handled the moment” — with the speaking practice traditional courses skip.
Short voice-first lessons built only from the words a home caregiver actually uses: transfers, meds, mobility, dignity, dietary needs, family updates.
Caregivers speak with a simulated client and family member. Refusals, confusion, sundowning, a worried daughter — rehearsed before the real shift.
Supervisors get a per-caregiver communication-readiness score tied to real scenarios, so coaching goes where it changes the next visit.
The platform
Type your way through a real back-and-forth with a fictional client. The AI reacts to what you actually said, and gets simpler or harder as you go.
Understanding, clarity, asking questions, professionalism and safety — each scored 0-100, with what you did well and what to try next time.
Your coaching summary is written in your own language, the way a colleague would say it — so nobody has to learn English through English.
Practice is typed today. Speaking your answer and hearing the client reply is the next thing we're building — we won't pretend it's ready until it is.
Bulk seats, cohort assignment and supervisor dashboards. Caregivers can practise now; agency-side management is in design.
Turnover, complaint volume and client-satisfaction movement tracked against training activity — planned once pilot cohorts are running.
Where others stop
Agencies already pay for pieces of this. CareLingo is the only one that puts the job's vocabulary, AI conversation rehearsal and agency-level retention reporting in one seat.

The business case
Caregivers leave when they feel unseen on the job, and clients churn when they feel unheard. Both problems are the same problem. CareLingo is bought as a retention and client-satisfaction line item — and reported on like one.

From the field
“Our caregivers weren't short on heart — they were short on words. After eight weeks, hand-off reports stopped needing a translator on the phone.”
“The simulation is the part that sold me. My team practiced a client refusing a shower forty times before it happened once for real.”
“We stopped buying training and started buying retention. That is the only line item my owner ever renews.”

Pricing
No per-course fees, no content upsells, no separate charge for the simulation.
Agency plan
$25/ learner / month
Sold in bulk to home-care agencies. Volume pricing from 25 seats; reassign a seat whenever staff change.
Pilot cohort
Eight weeks, one cohort of caregivers, a baseline taken before you start and a written report at the end. If the retention movement isn't there, don't roll it out.

Haitian Creole and Spanish-speaking home caregivers working for U.S. agencies. We sell to the agency, and the agency assigns seats to frontline staff who want stronger English on the job.
Those teach general language and accent. CareLingo teaches the language of one job and then makes caregivers rehearse it out loud with an AI client — medication check-ins, refusals, family hand-offs — with feedback a supervisor can act on.
No. Everything runs in a phone browser, in short sessions, so a caregiver can practice between visits or on the bus.
Cohort rollout, supervisor visibility, communication-readiness scoring, and retention reporting that ties training activity to turnover and client-satisfaction movement.
$25 per learner per month, billed in bulk to the agency. Volume pricing starts at 25 seats, and unused seats can be reassigned as staff change.
Pilot agencies run an eight-week cohort. We baseline turnover and complaint volume at the start and report movement at the end, so you can decide on evidence rather than enthusiasm.

Join the waitlist for the next pilot cohort. We'll show you the simulation, scope a cohort to your branch, and agree on the retention number we're both measuring.
Privacy: every client in CareLingo is fictional. Caregivers must never enter a real client's name, address or any detail that could identify them. Practice conversations are private to the caregiver who wrote them. CareLingo is communication training only — it never gives medical advice.
